Hot Topic, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder in Saint Paul, MN who will support the store leadership team, training new associates and ensuring excellent customer experiences for fellow fans.

You’ll help drive sales, manage daily operations, and maintain visual standards while engaging with customers and protecting inventory. The role leverages your fandom knowledge to assist management, coordinate with HQ on trends, and lead by example during shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and selling skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers.
• Lead and support store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Help drive sales by focusing on key KPIs such as UPT and ADT.
• Maintain visual standards and assist with opening/closing tasks.
• Process transactions and train new Sales Associates.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.
• Share fashion and music trend information with management and HQ.
• Help prevent theft and keep the store secure with leadership.
• Keep stock room organized and support store upkeep.
• Mentor new Sales Associates as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Leader.
