Job summary

BoxLunch is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder to support the store leadership team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will apply your fandom knowledge to help customers find the merch they love and assist in daily operations.

You will train new sales associates, help run the store when the Manager is unavailable, and work toward sales targets while keeping the floor visually appealing and organized.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Enthusiasm for pop culture and fandom is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and drive repeat visits.
• Lead store operations when the manager is away and support the leadership team.
• Help meet sales targets and train new sales associates to perform quickly and effectively.
• Maintain store visuals, assist with planograms, openings and closings.
• Process transactions, upsell merchandise, and report shortages or overages.
• Collaborate with management to share trends and store performance.
