Job summary

BoxLunch is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder in California to support store leadership and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will train new associates, assist daily operations, and help meet sales targets while ensuring merchandise is presented to standard.

Ideal candidates will have retail experience, strong leadership, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This on-site role requires 18+ years old and a passion for pop culture and philanthropy.

Qualifications

• Must have retail experience.
• 18 years or older to join the fandom force.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat visits.
• Step in and provide leadership support when needed.
• Help drive sales by meeting KPI targets like UPT and ADT.
• Cover assigned areas and assist in opening/closing the store.
• Operate the register and process sales while driving add-on sales.
