Job summary

BoxLunch is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder to support store leadership in Springfield, VA. You will help deliver an outstanding customer experience, train new associates, and assist in daily operations to meet sales targets.

Leverage your fandom knowledge to engage customers, manage opening/closing, and maintain visual standards while leading by example in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Strong collaboration and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and build product knowledge for customers.
• Help run the store in the manager's absence and support leadership.
• Assist with sales plans and KPIs like UPT and ADT to drive sales.
• Maintain visual standards and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Process transactions, perform add-on sales, and report shortages or overages.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.
• Share fashion and music trend information with management and HQ partners.
• Support stock room organization and store tidiness.
• Train and coach new Sales Associates.
