Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2-year clerical experience
• Previous Kettle experience a plus
• Must be 21 years or older to drive for TSA
• Valid Driver's License
• Bilingual in Corps location language a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct kettle orientations for employees and volunteers
• Prepare paperwork for Seasonal Kettle employees
• Enter information into kettle program systems
• Recruit and assign volunteers and service clubs
• Prepare daily kettle schedules to maximize net income
• Inventory kettle equipment and report broken items
• Prepare kettle income for deposit and bank deposits per TSA policy
• Arrange Angel Trees in stores and assist with toy donations
• Kettle driver duties as needed
• Maintain on-time attendance and reliability
• Perform other kettle-related duties as assigned
• Respond to complaints at kettle locations
• Supervise, train and discipline employees as required
