Responsibilities

• Conduct kettle orientation for employees and volunteers.
• Prepare paperwork for Seasonal Kettle employees.
• Enter information into kettle program accurately.
• Recruit and assign volunteers/service clubs to kettle locations.
• Prepare daily kettle schedules to maximize net income.
• Take inventory of kettle equipment and report broken items.
• Prepare route schedules for Kettle Driver.
• Respond to complaints at kettle locations.
• Supervise, train and discipline employees as required.
• Prepare kettle income for deposits in line with TSA policy.
• Arrange Angel Trees in stores.
• Assist with toy donation activities.
• Kettle Driver as needed.
• Maintain on-time attendance.
• Perform other kettle-related duties.
