Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruits, trains, coordinates, and monitors bell ringers to meet location needs.
• Interviews and selects bell ringing staff and volunteers to ensure full coverage.
• Plans, schedules, and assigns work, trains in procedures, and checks in-progress and completed work for accuracy and compliance with Salvation Army policies.
• Maintains contact with staff and volunteers, addresses questions or concerns, and recognizes workers.
