Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1 year of kettle fundraising experience preferred, or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coordinate bell ringers to ensure site coverage.
• Prepare and maintain records and reports for kettle program.
• Plan, schedule, and assign work; monitor progress for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Engage with community leaders to discuss kettle needs and opportunities.
• Drive Salvation Army vehicle 50–75% of time to locations and events.
• Assist with counting, recording, and depositing kettle funds.
