The Salvation Army in the United States is seeking a Christmas Kettle Assistant to support bell ringing and related logistics for the annual campaign. You will handle data entry for kettle sites, schedule routes, and assist with daily kettle totals and payroll for volunteers.

This seasonal role requires a valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and the ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Local travel is required and position ends by December 24th.

• Must be of good moral character and able to interact in a friendly and compassionate manner.
• Candidates must pass pre-employment background inquiry and annual motor vehicle check with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; significant customer service experience considered in lieu of education.

Mansioni

• Data entry and usage of the Register to Ring Territoral platform to coordinate kettle sites and scheduling.
• Enter kettle totals daily and payroll for paid bell ringers; thank volunteer groups.
• Assist with transportation of kettles and bell ringers to locations.
• Field inquiries related to kettle operations from bell ringers, sites, drivers, and others.
• Work with corps officers to address kettle issues; help sort funds and deliver to bank.
• Maintain professional communication; ensure Safe from Harm certification; other duties as assigned.
