• Maintains contact with staff; addresses questions or problems; recognizes workers.
• Keeps records and databases for kettle income; prepares status reports.
• Plans and coordinates events; prepares certificates of recognition.
• Meets with community leaders to discuss Salvation Army needs.
• Drives Salvation Army vehicles to kettle locations and handles funds deposits.
