Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support (Operations Professional) to provide key back-of-house operational support in our jewelry store. The role focuses on order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, merchandise handling, and collaboration with sales and management to meet store objectives.

Strong attention to detail and clear communication are essential, along with willingness to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Execute order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise transfers.
• Clean and prepare jewelry, accept and process repairs, and ensure proper care and handling of merchandise.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory using reports and systems; report discrepancies to management or corporate partners.
• Support sales professionals by handling internal and external phone and email correspondence and following up on client requests.
• Capture client data during interactions to help cultivate relationships and optimize sales opportunities.
• Maintain store operational standards, cleanliness, and hospitality to elevate the in-store client experience.
