Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking an Operations Professional (Seasonal Sales Support) to provide back-of-house operations and client service support in-store. You will handle order fulfillment, inventory, shipping/receiving, and basic jewelry care, partnering with Sales Professionals and management to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with Word and Excel, and the ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Organized, detail oriented and flexible to perform varied day-to-day tasks.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college/university degree and graduate gemologist degree or GIA coursework.

Responsibilities

• Perform order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment and merchandise transfers.
• Clean and perform basic care on jewelry, intake repairs and manage related shipping.
• Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory using reports and systems; report discrepancies to management or corporate partners.
• Handle internal and external phone and e-mail correspondence and capture client data to support sales.
• Partner with Sales Professionals and management to optimize sales opportunities and deliver exceptional client service.
