Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Denver seeks an Operations Professional to manage back-of-house store operations supporting sales and service goals. You will oversee order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and shipping/receiving while collaborating with sales teams to optimize client experiences.

The role requires strong organizational and analytical skills and the flexibility to work retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Organized, flexible and able to perform varied tasks based on business needs.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college degree and/or GIA coursework or graduate gemologist training.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operational tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment and merchandise transfers.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory using reports and systems; report discrepancies to management or corporate partners.
• Clean and prepare jewelry and merchandise; process and coordinate repairs and returns.
• Handle internal and external phone and e-mail correspondence and follow up on client requests for product, service, repairs and shipping.
• Capture client data during interactions and partner with client advisors to support sales opportunities and client retention.
• Support store productivity and process improvements by providing feedback through appropriate channels.
