Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support (Operations Professional) to backfill store operations, ensuring accurate inventory, order fulfillment, and careful jewelry handling. You will coordinate with Sales Professionals and management to support sales plans and enhance client experiences.

Ideal candidates have strong analysis, proficiency in Word/Excel, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. College degree and GIA coursework are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical and detail orientation.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college degree and GIA coursework or graduate gemologist degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment and transfers to support store operations.
• Clean and care for jewelry, accept items for repair, and manage merchandise handling per procedures.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory using reports and systems; identify and report discrepancies to management or corporate partners.
• Handle internal and external phone and email correspondence; capture client data and assist in cultivating sales opportunities.
• Partner with Sales Professionals and management to support store sales plans and optimize client service.
• Execute daily operational processes and provide feedback to improve efficiency.
