Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support store operations during the holiday season. The role reports to an Operations Manager and handles merchandise flow, inventory control, and related store assignments.

Responsibilities include unloading and sorting inbound merchandise, preparing items for shipment, maintaining daily inventory, and executing price changes while following safety procedures on the dock and in work areas.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in operations or warehouse roles.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations and execute merchandise price changes.
• Follow safety procedures on the receiving dock and in all work areas.
