Berberian Nut Company is seeking aTemporary International Shipping Coordinator to support shipments during a medical leave. The role is full-time for six months with potential for extension, overseeing domestic and international logistics from start to finish.

Responsibilities include coordinating carriers, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations, while collaborating with internal teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years of international shipping experience required.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all domestic and international shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Work with carriers, freight forwarders, ports, and vendors to schedule shipments and secure rates.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation including export filings and customs paperwork.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare products for shipment and meet food safety requirements.
• Track shipments and provide status updates, resolving delays or issues.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to support contracts and sample shipments.
