Job summary

Eybna is seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to manage the full order fulfillment and export lifecycle across global shipments. You will review sales orders, prioritize production, coordinate packing, and ensure timely, accurate documentation and communication with customers and carriers.

Based in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, you will liaise with Operations teams in Israel, the US, and Germany, updating ERP/CRM systems and driving on-time delivery while maintaining data integrity

Qualifications

• 2 years of demonstrable experience in international logistics and export coordination.
• Exceptional organizational skills with an obsession for detail, accuracy, and process adherence.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize dynamic tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly proactive and clear communicator, adept at stakeholder management and providing timely updates on critical issues.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Priority ERP), Excel, and project management tools.
• Demonstrated capacity for independent work and collaboration within a global team.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Proactively analyze sales orders and inventory levels to accurately determine production and fulfillment requirements.
• Orchestrate efficient packing and dispatch with the Packing Specialist.
• Continuously monitor open orders, ensuring real-time visibility and adapting schedules to operational needs.
• Generate shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, BOLs/AWBs) and coordinate with freight carriers and forwarders.
• Proactively track and trace shipments from dispatch to delivery, mitigating delays.
• Provide timely shipment updates to sales representatives and address issues/resolutions.
• Maintain data integrity by updating ERP/CRM with precise order statuses.
• Serve as the primary liaison for logistics communications between Operations teams in Israel, the US, and Germany.

About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and exceptionally organized Logistics Coordinator . This pivotal role is responsible for orchestrating the complete order fulfillment and export lifecycle, from initial sales order review and production prioritization to the meticulous management of global shipments and proactive client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively analyze sales orders and inventory levels to accurately determine production and fulfillment requirements
• Orchestrate efficient and accurate packing and dispatch processes with the Packing Specialist.
• Continuously monitor all open orders, ensuring real-time visibility and adapting schedules to dynamic operational needs.
• Generate and manage all required shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, BOLs/AWBs, etc.) and expertly coordinate with freight carriers and forwarders.
• Proactively track and trace shipments from dispatch to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely arrival while identifying and mitigating potential delays.
• Provide proactive, clear, and timely communication to sales representatives regarding shipment updates, potential issues, and their resolutions.
• Maintain absolute data integrity by updating internal systems (ERP, CRM) with precise order statuses.
• Serve as the primary liaison for all logistics communications between our Operations teams in Israel, the US, and Germany, ensuring seamless coordination and critical information flow across global time zones.

Requirements:

• 2 years of demonstrable experience in international logistics and export coordination – an advantage.
• Exceptional organizational skills with an 'obsession' for detail, accuracy, and process adherence.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize dynamic tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Highly proactive and clear communicator, adept at stakeholder management and providing timely updates on critical issues (e.g., production delays, customs holds, new orders).
• Proficiency with various software systems, including advanced Excel, ERP platforms (e.g., Priority ERP), and project management tools. - an advantage
