Job summary

Weber Blackstone is seeking a seasonal Shipping/Documentation Clerk to support multi-account document processing, shipments tracking, and invoicing coordination. You will maintain spreadsheets, SOPs, and SAP records while collaborating with the import team to resolve discrepancies.

Ideal candidates have an HS diploma, basic Excel skills, and a solid understanding of business operations. The position runs up to 120 days at $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and business operations preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to processes across accounts.

Responsibilities

• Process documents (CIPL) for multiple accounts using designated platforms.
• Track ocean container shipments and provide real-time status updates.
• Respond to emails from customers and factories regarding shipping docs.
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure invoices and billing packets are accurate and timely.
• Create/update SOPs and maintain Excel templates to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with import team to manage accounts and resolve document/invoicing issues.
• Update and maintain SAP and perform tasks as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
