H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the office. You will greet clients, handle check-in, manage calls, and coordinate with tax professionals to ensure a smooth client experience.

This in-person role supports daily office operations and can lead to growth into tax preparation or office leadership with training and teamwork. Availability for tax season evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities throughout the day.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort using basic computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams and scheduling systems).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, professional first impression as the face of the office.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional based on their needs.
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care.
