Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor with weights up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for the majority of the shift.
• Comfortable working in a cold environment for extended periods.
• Must be a United States citizen. This position does not support sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Larson Ice Center during scheduled shifts.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patrons and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform basic facility maintenance and assist with events and programs as needed.
• Monitor safety and enforce rink rules; operate and maintain ice arena equipment as required.
