Job summary

Adventureland Park is seeking a seasonal HSE Supervisor to support the HSE Director in developing and maintaining the park's health, safety, and environmental management system. The role includes supervising the HSE team, coordinating EMS response, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.

Responsibilities cover incident investigations, data entry, maintaining SOPs, and supporting park-wide safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher in health & safety or related field is highly desirable.
• 1–2 years of safety or environmental experience is highly desirable.
• EMT/NREMT and/or BLS/CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the HSE team and other assigned departments.
• Perform proactive risk assessments to identify and minimize park operation risks.
• Investigate guest and Host HSE incidents and lead corrective actions.
• Maintain incident reports and related documentation; ensure confidentiality.
