Adventureland Park is seeking a seasonal HSE Supervisor to assist the HSE Director in developing and maintaining park Health, Safety and Environmental management systems. You will oversee the EMS response, ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements, and lead the safety team and daily operations.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, incident investigations, data entry, and coordination of training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of safety or environmental experience desired.
• Experience with investigations of safety-related incidents preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the daily operations of the HSE team and any other assigned departments.
• Lead by example and represent Adventureland's core values.
• Coach Hosts and perform essential duties of HSE positions as needed.
• Hire, orient, train, and coach performance; manage discipline as required.
• Ensure meal breaks align with Iowa law and assist with scheduling.
• Coordinate risk assessments and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
