Job summary

Adventureland Park in Altoona, IA seeks a seasonal HSE Supervisor to support the HSE Director with implementing park health, safety and environmental programs and to oversee EMS and safety operations during peak season.

You will supervise daily HSE team activities, conduct risk assessments, assist investigations, maintain records, and coordinate with park leadership to ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA and local codes. Strong communication and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in health, safety or environmental roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, and local regulations desirable.
• Strong investigative and incident reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the HSE team and departments.
• Lead investigations for HSE incidents and compile reports.
• Coordinate EMS response and maintain HSE records and SOPs.
• Assist with risk assessments and corrective actions.
