Job summary

Enchanted Parks seeks an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) & Compliance Manager to lead park-wide safety programs, regulatory compliance, audits, and risk management. You will partner with operations to evaluate hazards, implement corrective actions, and promote a proactive safety culture across all departments.

The role requires 3–5 years in EHS, OSHA knowledge (OSHA 30 preferred), strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Risk Management, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Emergency Management, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety, compliance, risk management, or a related field.
• Experience conducting inspections, audits, investigations, risk assessments, and corrective action management.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety management systems, hazard recognition, and regulatory compliance practices including OSHA 30 Certification.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data reporting tools.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to maintain driving privileges in accordance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee park-wide EHS programs, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Develop and improve EHS management systems and conduct routine inspections of rides and facilities.
• Monitor compliance with safety policies and operating procedures; maintain records and reports.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance reviews; maintain permits and certifications.
• Investigate incidents; perform root cause analyses and track corrective actions.
• Support environmental stewardship, hazardous materials handling, and waste management initiatives.
• Oversee contractor safety qualifications and safety observations.
• Lead safety training, onboarding, and awareness campaigns; manage documentation.
