Job summary

Sesame Place is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to coordinate health care delivery for Guests and Employees and to assist park departments in resolving injuries via root cause analysis.

The role enforces company, state, and federal environmental, liability, and workers' compensation requirements, while leading staffing for Health Services and driving safety initiatives across the park in collaboration with SEA and corporate teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of related experience and/or training in Environmental, Health, and/or Safety.
• Minimum of 3 years medical service experience in occupational health or emergency medicine.
• Knowledge of environmental/safety laws and ability to research new information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise delivery of health care for Guests and Employees.
• Assist park departments in resolving injuries through root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with environmental programs, general liability, and workers' compensation.
• Hire staff for Health Services to meet daily park needs.
• Establish objectives and evaluate team members for service excellence.
• Oversee safety programs, injury trend reporting, and corrective actions.
• Manage workers' compensation and general liability claims processing.
• Track and report environmental data and regulatory compliance.
