Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment seeks an energetic Safety & Health Ambassador to oversee Health Services operations, investigate incidents, and collaborate on staff scheduling and training. You will support EHS programs, manage data and assist in OSHA compliance while promoting guest and employee safety across the park.

Ideal candidates hold a related bachelor’s degree, EMT and CPR certifications, and OSHA 10; strong communication and multitasking skills are essential for dynamic park

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and possess CPR certification.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; EMT preferred.
• OSHA 10 General Industry certification required or completed.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of Health Services Department.
• Investigate accidents to identify root causes.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding and training for nurse/EMT staff.
• Participate in audits and safety meetings; manage data reporting.
