Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a Seasonal Data Entry Assistant – HR to support the seasonal hiring and onboarding process. You will help maintain employee records and assist HR and payroll during peak season.

Responsibilities include data validation, entering new hires, background checks, and maintaining filing systems for bell ringers, with occasional payroll assistance and other duties as assigned. A background in HR/admin and strong attention to detail are valued.

Qualifications

• Some college preferred with education in HR or administration
• Previous administrative experience, ideally in an HR environment

Responsibilities

• Enter data from online seasonal applications into HRIS
• Enter bell ringer new hires into HRIS
• Conduct background checks as needed
• Maintain electronic files for bell ringers hiring documents
• Assist with payroll of bell ringers as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
