Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required, associate degree preferred.
• Background check required; results reviewed.
• One year of experience in HR, business or admin role.
• Valid driver’s license and Safe From Harm training within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Date entry for bell ringer processing during Christmas kettle season.
• Maintain accurate HR electronic and paper files and records.
• Protect confidentiality of HR files and records.
• Conduct periodic audits of HR files to ensure documents are filed.
• Provide clerical support to the HR department.
