One year of experience in human resources, business, or similar administrative role.
Valid driver’s license and The Salvation ArmyDriver’s qualification standard; Safe From Harm training within 30 days.

Responsibilities

Date entry for bell ringer processing during Christmas kettle season.
Assist in maintaining HR electronic and paper files, records, and documentation.
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of HR files and records.
Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Provides clerical support to the HR department.
