Brunswick's Freedom Boat Club is seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support seasonal markets across Mettawa, IL and Milwaukee, WI. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits, and compliance while ensuring a positive employee experience.

The role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work in a hybrid environment with some travel to dock locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of human resources, administrative, or related experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and ability to balance multiple tasks.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Must handle confidential and sensitive material appropriately and with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support across multiple seasonal markets.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and compliance activities.
• Support onboarding communications and ensure paperwork is completed.
• Maintain and update employee files and HR systems; process status changes.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and respond to employee questions.
• Prepare reports, audits, and documentation; assist with leave tracking and other processes.
