See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality:Position Overview:Freedom Boat Club is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR Team, to provide administrative and operational support across multiple seasonal markets. This role assists with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, compliance activities, and employee inquiries while helping ensure a positive employee experience.At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.Essential FunctionsProvide excellent customer service while answering employee requests and questionsSupport workforce planning and hiring administration through requisition management, seasonal hiring tracking, and onboarding support.Coordinate new hire communications and ensure onboarding tasks and paperwork are completedMaintain and update employee personnel files and HR systems.Process employment status changes in the HR system, including hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.Assist with benefits enrollment and respond to employee questions regarding benefit programs.Assist and prepare reports, audits, and documentation as needed.Administrative support in leave of absence tracking, FMLA, state leaves, workers compensation and other employee-related processes.Support the distribution and accessibility of company policies and employment resources across all locations.Assist with employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and projects.Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field1-3 years of human resources, administrative, or related experienceExcellent communication, interpersonal, and ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail with strong organizational skillsMust handle confidential and sensitive material appropriately and with discretionPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting an hourly and/or seasonal workforceProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with Workday or other HRIS systemsWorking Conditions:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerOccasional travel to dock locationsThe anticipated hiring range for this position is $45,900 - $68,800.
