Princess Cruises and Holland America Line seeks an Assistant, Human Resources to join the Administration team in the Denali Employee Community for seasonal full-time work. You will support onboarding, payroll-related tasks, records, and employee programs under supervision.

The role emphasizes service excellence, integrity, teamwork, and compliance with I-9 and company policies. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks, and collaborate with managers and staff on HR

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize workflow and meet deadlines in a team setting.

• Proficiency with computer applications and HR/payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees with hiring paperwork and process forms.
• Format employee photos and print IDs.
• Verify I-9 documentation per company and federal standards.
• Conduct orientation and compliance trainings for new hires.
• Perform clerical HR tasks such as audits and file maintenance.
• Coordinate with employees and various departments for HR actions.
• Support select employee programs and events, including payroll duties.
