Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Hospitality Operations or related field.
• High School Diploma or GED required or commensurate experience.
• Valid driver’s license with driving record meeting company standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily operations of a designated Corporate Hospitality location.
• Assist with duty delegation and oversee line employees across multiple roles.
• Train line and seasonal staff and oversee training implementation.
• Schedule staff based on operational needs and labor budgets.
• Ensure safety, SOPs, and compliance across shifts.
• Maintain shift records, incident reports, and performance documentation.
• Prepare and submit reports as required.
