Job summary

ANCHOR POINT MANAGEMENT GROUP in Stow, OH is hiring a Shift Leader to provide hourly management coverage, supervise operations, and coach the team on service standards and food safety. You will drive customer satisfaction, maintain cleanliness, and ensure shifts run smoothly, including opening/closing duties when needed.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months in a supervisory role, is 18+, and can work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Maintains good hygiene and punctuality.
• Has reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drink according to restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks.
• Promote Ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
