Job summary

Wyffels Hybrids Inc. is seeking Seasonal Harvest Help at the Atkinson, IL production facility for the upcoming harvest season. You will support Harvest Operations across multiple production areas depending on business needs and training.

Starting pay ranges by shift: 1st $17.00, 2nd $19.00, 3rd $20.00 per hour. Positions last about six weeks with potential for additional work based on demand. Overtime may be required during peak harvest.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts and overtime during harvest.

Responsibilities

• Assist with seed corn production and harvest operations.
• Operate equipment and perform assigned tasks after on-the-job training.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Package, label, and prepare seed corn throughout the production process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality expectations.
• Work effectively as part of a team to support harvest operations.
• Maintain consistent and reliable attendance throughout the harvest season.
