CHS Inc is seeking a Seasonal Laborer in Steward, IL to assist in daily fall operations. No experience required; you will help with loading, unloading, and basic maintenance while learning commodities handling and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Operations and/or Business Operations.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to operate loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
• Pre-employment screenings may be required per job requirements.
• Must meet minimum age requirement.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor tasks promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars and trucks.
• Operate automated scale/dump systems and record data.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as lubrication and inspections.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and report safety concerns.
