CHS Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Laborer for Steward, IL. This role supports daily fall operations with no prior experience required.

The position offers overtime opportunities and a pathway to full-time work after the season ends. You will assist in loading/unloading, maintain safety standards, and help with general warehouse tasks, reporting to the supervisor. Applicants should be able to lift 75 pounds, work extended hours during peak seasons, and pass pre-employment screening if required.

Formación

• Knowledge of Operations and/or Business Operations.
• Must meet minimum age requirement.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of commodities handled and follow regulations.
• Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading with sampling and hoses.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs using machinery; handle bulk/packaged material.
• Control and monitor all load out functions.
• Operate automated scale/dump systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks and inspect equipment for leaks.
• Maintain inventory quality; participate in housekeeping and safety.
• Deliver products to customer sites and support warehouse operations.
• Report safety concerns and follow company policies.
