Job summary

Wyffels Hybrids Atkinson Production Facility is hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Forklift Operator for the upcoming harvest season. You will help move seed corn safely throughout the warehouse, load and unload inventory, and stage products for shipping.

Whether you have forklift experience or want to learn, we provide training and support. This six‑week role could extend during harvest based on business needs, with overtime opportunities during September–October.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Forklift experience preferred but training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend and perform physical work throughout shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Warehouse/manufacturing experience helpful but not required.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts and overtime during harvest.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move seed corn throughout the warehouse.
• Load, unload, receive, and organize seed inventory.
• Stage products for shipping and production.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Perform inventory movement while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work effectively as part of a team to support harvest operations.
• Maintain consistent and reliable attendance throughout the harvest season.
