Job summary

Alcivia is seeking a reliable Seasonal Grain Operator to support daily grain handling during harvest across multiple locations in Wisconsin. You will receive, grade, store, and load grain while maintaining safety and efficiency.

This role requires working long hours, weekends, and overtime during peak season, with physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders. Prior grain handling experience is a plus and hands-on maintenance may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to work extended hours, weekends, holidays and overtime during peak seasons.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and load grain from trucks and railcars.
• Operate grain handling equipment and related machinery.
• Assist with grain sampling, grading, and quality control.
• Monitor grain conditions and storage facilities.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Inspect and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
• Follow safety policies and document records.
• Support additional operations and facility tasks as needed.
