Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation seeks a seasonal Store Operations Associate in New York to provide exemplary customer service and support across Shipping/Receiving, Stock Room, Cash Office and related administrative tasks. This temporary role, capped at three months, requires strong organization, communication, and brand passion.

Responsibilities include coordinating vendor services (engraving/embossing, repairs), assisting with inventory, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Retail Operations Experience in a support, customer service, or sales capacity.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Demonstrated passion and affinity for the Ralph Lauren brand and desire to grow in one’s career with the company.
• Collaborative team player willing to partner with and support all departments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work shift standing and walking and able to lift approx. 20 lbs.
• Must be able to pack, unpack and move stock when supporting in receiving / stocking store functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer experience by maintaining efficient and effective support in store Operations functions as needed (Shipping/Receiving, Stock Room, Cash Office and administrative duties).
• Support with inventory preparation and execution.
• Coordinate engraving and embossing services and accessories repair with external vendors.
• Assist Accounts Payable to ensure invoices are approved correctly and promptly.
• Participate in shrink reduction efforts and adherence to company regulations.
• Ensure accurate processing of incoming/outgoing merchandise according to standards.
• Read and execute transfer/shipping/packing documents and related paperwork.
• Maintain supplies for office, facilities, and grooming products for associates.
• Demonstrate professional etiquette and pride in presentation.
