Job summary

Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at Lake Murray State Park. You will be the public-facing staff in the park’s front office, lodge, or golf shop, handling reservations, payments, and guest inquiries.

Typical duties include answering phones, processing reservations, checking guests in, handling charges, and assisting with shop sales. Flexibility for holidays and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Answers phones and walk-ins, provides information about location facilities.
• Processes reservation requests for rooms, cabins, or campsites.
• Checks guests in/out of reservations and validates parking.
• Posts charges and processes payments including credit card vouchers.
• Assists with gift shop sales and restocking merchandise.
• Prepares reports and correspondence using standard office software.
