Qualifications

• Outdoor parking experience in extreme weather.
• Must be 15 or older.
• Clear and concise verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and resourceful.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle and traffic control at parking entrances/exits.
• Assist guests with moving in/out of vehicle spots.
• Guide parking within assigned lot and report violations.
• Maintain daily vehicle counts and report as required.
• Greet guests and help with directions or parking concerns.
• Handle reservations and adjust as needed using handheld systems.
