Job summary

lululemon Daytona Outlet is hiring a Seasonal Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences and expert product education in a fast-paced retail environment. You will engage with guests, assess needs, and provide customized solutions while supporting omnichannel programs and store operations.

This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on inclusive teamwork and high-energy customer service to reflect lululemon's culture and values.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Willing to travel to assigned store with own transportation (if required).
• Availability for flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest service and authentic guest connections.
• Share top-quality product education and knowledge of store culture.
• Engage with guests, assess needs, and provide customized purchase solutions.
• Execute omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store).
