lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service and product education in our retail stores. You will engage with guests, understand their needs, and communicate the benefits of technical fabrics and activewear to foster a positive in-store experience.

You will move throughout the floor, support operations, and partner with leadership to ensure a seamless shopping journey while upholding our inclusive, high-energy store culture.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have transportation to travel to assigned store.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase solutions.
• Provide technical product education on product value and benefits.
• Facilitate seamless guest transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Move on the floor to engage guests and support store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to address issues.
