lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our retail store. You will engage with guests, share top-quality product education, and authentically reflect our community and culture.

You will move dynamically on the floor, present products, restock items, use store technology, and support store operations while upholding our inclusive values. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the Right to Work documentation and comply with local requirements (EMEA only).

Responsabilités

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience that respects guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefits of the product.
• Facilitate end-to-end guest experiences with omnichannel programs (e.g., BOPIS, phone sales, ship from store).
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to make it right.
