Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Guest Experience Lead for the Pocono Premium Outlets (Seasonal Contract Nov-Jan 2027). You will guide the guest experience, deliver technical product education, and lead the floor as part of the store leadership team.

The role emphasizes inclusive service, coaching, and data-driven sales discipline. Availability includes varied shifts, holidays, and peak times at a busy outlet location.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience framework from the floor to deliver an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Assess guest connection and provide technical product education to every guest.
• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to meet business and guest needs.
• Prepare store readiness and maintain operational excellence during shifts.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Review daily data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals.
• Participate in store hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment.
