Job summary

lululemon is hiring a Guest Experience Lead at Lehigh Valley Mall to guide the in-store guest journey, educate on products, and drive daily sales targets.

As part of the store leadership team, you will mentor teammates, participate in hiring decisions, and lead as Supervisor on Duty during shifts. This role requires flexible scheduling with mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a focus on inclusive, high-caliber guest connections.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or customer experience (guest resolution, difficult conversations).
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver the lululemon guest experience framework and ensure an exceptional, inclusive guest journey.
• Provide ongoing technical product education to guests and assist when team members are unavailable.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) to lead the floor and oversee store operations.
• Prepare in-store readiness and ensure operational excellence throughout shifts.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Review daily business data and drive progress toward sales goals.
• Participate in hiring processes, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching, and recognition to team members for development.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team culture with strong working relationships.
