Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Seasonal Guest Experience Lead at Fox River Mall to lead from the floor, deliver technical product education, and drive daily sales targets. This role sits on the store leadership team and involves supervising on duty, guiding hiring decisions, and uplifting customer interactions.

The position requires 1 year of retail or customer experience, leadership potential, and a commitment to inclusive, high-quality guest service.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Continuously assess guest connection and technical product education, ensuring every guest receives education and assistance when needed.
• Move dynamically and lead from the floor as the Supervisor on Duty to meet business, team, and guest needs.
• Conduct preparation activities to ensure store readiness and maintain operational excellence during shifts.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Review daily data to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in the store’s hiring process, onboarding, and training.
• Provide feedback and coaching to develop team members.
