lululemon in Las Vegas seeks a Guest Experience Lead to drive an exceptional in-store experience by delivering technical product education and guiding the team on daily sales goals.

As part of the store leadership team, you will oversee floor operations, mentor associates, recruit and onboard teammates, and act as Supervisor on Duty to ensure exceptional guest service and store performance.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution)
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Strong guest service mindset and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver the lululemon guest experience framework
• Provide technical product education to guests and support team when needed
• Conduct opening/closing duties and monitor daily sales targets and metrics
• Participate in store hiring, onboarding, and training
• Provide direct feedback and coaching to team members to develop skills
