Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.
• 1 year retail or sales specific management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience and coach team members.
• Oversee hiring, training, and development to build a strong, diverse team.
• Partner with store leadership to review data and plan staffing, budgets, and merchandising.
• Maintain strategic product presentation and visual merchandising to support sales goals.
• Open and close the store following standard procedures and safety guidelines.
